G & D manufactured the streetcar doors and side walls for the iconic Canal Street in vibrant New Orleans. Impeccably executed, this project comprised 20 sets of distinctive yellow doors (a total of 80) and 12 sets of versatile side walls (24 in total), all meticulously crafted to exacting standards. Our commitment to excellence also extends to various engine and cab components. Machining an intricate process encompassing cutting, machining, welding, rivet installation, and the precision fitting of acrylic windows, we provided a turn-key assembly that seamlessly merges aesthetics and functionality.
